Mastering Checklists¶

Drag-and-Drop Reorder¶
Only uncompleted items can be reordered. Drag the handle (six dots) on the left side of any uncompleted item up or down to reposition it.
[!tip] Drag on mobile On touch devices, press and hold the drag handle to start dragging.
Add URLs to Items¶
Each checklist item can have an optional URL attached. When editing an item, click the link icon to expand the URL field (max 2048 characters). Once set, the link button appears on the item card to open the URL in a new tab.
[!tip] Use cases for URLs Attach links to reference materials, reservation confirmations, shopping product pages, or related websites.
Mobile Swipe Gestures¶
On touch devices, swipe items for quick actions:
| Gesture | Action |
|---|---|
| Swipe right | Toggle item completion |
| Swipe left | Delete item (with confirmation) |
The animation follows your finger and snaps to the action when released past the threshold.
Private vs Public Notes¶
